Social media is a tool that allows people to create, share or exchange information, idea, message and career interests in networks. It was digital. Facebook is a popular free social networking site for people to do socialist. It created by Mark Zyckerberg while at Harvard. The elements of the Facebook are allows people to reconnect with old friends and family members or find new friends all over the world. The features of Facebook are sharing the information, video, image and instant messaging.

A modem is used to convert the digital information in your computer to analogy signals for your phone line and to convert analogy phone signals to digital information for your computer. Thus, the context of the Facebook is digital information. It can be copied, edited and moved without losing any quality. Furthermore, people can also using mobile phone to open the Facebook. The messages such as text, video or photos all are digital information. Moreover, Facebook is using the presence technology. Presence technology makes Facebook possible to locate and identify a computing device wherever it might be, as soon as the user connects to the network. It allows people to see which contacts are online and chat but you must be the members of Facebook.
The most popular of Facebook is arguably the wall also can mean as virtual bulletin board. All the information is post at the wall. Messages left on the wall can be text, video or photos. It because of this feature people can do socialist by using the Facebook and the information can keep update. Another popular component is the virtual Photo Album. Photos can be uploaded from the desktop or directly from a mobile phone camera. There is no limitation on quantity. Moreover, Facebook cover is also the one of the virtual of Facebook. People can create a Facebook group and invite or join the group to do some discussion and share the information, knowledge. The people all over the world can join the group which you interest because it is global. Events allow members to publicize an event, invite guests and track who plans to attend. For example, the gaming industry will usually have an event which is like the Facebook page of the company can get free item or gift. Thus, Facebook can be a platform for interactive with their costumer and building the relationship. Pages allow members to create and promote a public page built around a specific topic. For example, fan page allow you to interactive with you fans and keep update you information. Marketplace allows people to post, read and respond to classified ads. Many company started using Facebook to do advertising because it is free and easily to interactive with the consumer.
Furthermore, Facebook have the functions which let the people can interactive with each other. For example, like, share and comment. People can click the like button to show that you are follow and also can do the comment to share out your opinions. People can also share the information you post and can be use in viral marketing. These three functions can let you see how often your fans interact with your page and the type of post from your page in the past. Facebook has live streaming video now. It makes the Facebook become more interactive. You can use this functions direct communicate with your fans and spread the information faster. You also can use Facebook messager to chat with your friends.
Facebook can use the Geo-targeted, tag and link to dispersal the information and message and it also a kind of hypertext. Geo-targeted can target the posts to fans based on age, gender, location and interests. It allows for much of the same targeting on posts as it does for advertising. Targeting based on location is one of my favourites, as it allows you to focus on city-specific items, which is sufficient enough to create highly relevant posts. Furthermore, you also can tag you friends name or some place and key world for example @Peter, #Pray for Paris.
